What happens when the trial ends?
Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, your trial turns into a paid BarkLens+ plan and your App Store or Google Play account is charged. If you cancel, you keep free BarkLens.
What if I cancel later?
You move to free BarkLens. Your records, past chats, reminders and Care Circle stay. Chat, Lens Capture for poop, food and meds, Closer look, Trends and the other paid features pause until you pick a plan again. If free BarkLens ever changes, we’ll tell you in advance so you can save a copy of your records first.
Do I need a card to start the trial?
Yes. Your App Store or Google Play account needs a payment method. It isn’t charged during the 7 free days, and it’s charged when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before.
Can I add someone who helps care for my dog?
Yes. A co-parent seat is included, and helper access for a sitter, walker, or family member is free.
Is there a plan for more than four dogs?
Not yet. Fosters and rescues can contact info@barklens.com.
